Important Limitations

DBPiper acts as a conduit between your systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data being synced. You are responsible for the data you choose to sync and the systems you connect.

Prices may change with 30 days notice
Existing customers keep current pricing for 12 months

If you're not satisfied with DBPiper within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Limitation of Liability

Important Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBPiper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages related to your use of the Service

Maximum Liability

In no event shall DBPiper's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to DBPiper for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

6. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription in your account settings or contacting us.

Upon termination, your access to paid features will end immediately. You may continue to use the free tier if available.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
